ERP / SAP Specialist

At MAAG we have recently started a new chapter in our 110 years history with ambitious growth plans for our business. For our IT Department we are looking for an ERP/SAP Specialist

We are looking for ambitious and open for learning individual with a motivation and positive attitude to work and opening for new, challenging tasks.

Key responsibilities:

• Realization of MAAG Gear group policy in the area of ERP

• Supervision over the ERP system in MAAG Gear, in particular over implementation, process development, data quality and administration (User and Printer management. Batch jobs, …)

• Project manager in the case of major updates, integration of additional functions with interfaces, for the implementation of further ERP modules

• Supporting key users

• Execution of individual tasks assigned by superiors.

• Timely execution of assigned tasks

• Compliance with applicable regulations and directives

• Quality execution of assigned duties

• Care for the entrusted assets of the Company

• Discipline, professional ethics, loyalty to the company and superiors

• Maintaining confidentiality

Requirements:

• Higher education in computer science or related fields
• Very good knowledge of English both spoken and written
• Knowledge of IT systems and applications such ERP.
• Knowledge/experience of programming to optimize and adjust existing ERP reports and forms would be an advantage
• Knowledge/experience of tools to improve data quality and to import data to ERP would be an advantage
• Knowledge/experience in Finance and Controlling would be an advantage
• Analytical skills
• Ability to improve one's own work and develop in the scope of the performed function
• Organizational skills
• Loyalty to the company and superiors
• Ease of establishing contacts.
