IT supporter with a focus on business systems

At MAAG we have recently started a new chapter in our 110 years history with ambitious growth plans for our business. As a part of our global IT shared service center consisting of 3 employees you will have a broad range of IT support tasks and with a special focus on ERP, Business Intelligence, CRM and AI.

We are looking for ambitious and open for learning individual with a motivation and positive attitude to work and opening for new, challenging tasks.

Key responsibilities:

ERP:

• End-to-end management of the ERP systems, development, integration, system maintenance, administration, upgrading and first level of support for key users.
• On sight implementation of ERP system.

Business Intelligence:

• Maintenance and administration of the BI environment, including data warehouses and Power BI report development (project-based).
• Collaboration with external consultants in the BI area.

CRM:

• Maintenance and administration of the CRM system.
• Coordination of cooperation with external consultants in this area.

Other:

• Execution of tasks typical for an IT department.
• Ensuring compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
• Maintaining high standards of quality, confidentiality, and timeliness.

Requirements:

• University degree in computer science or related fields.

• High level communication in English both spoken and written.

• Experience in ERP system administration, implementation and development.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g. windows D365) and BI tools ( Power BI, data warehouses) including data integration and quality improvement.
• Strong SQL skills, including query optimization and data analysis.
• Programing skills related to ERP, ABAP, NET, PL/SQL, C++, Java, Phyton.
• Experience with AI-based solutions (development and maintenance) is an advantage.
• Service-minded, good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Willingness for personal development.
• High professional ethics, loyalty, and a proactive attitude.
• Willingness to travel.
